Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

1. How do I create my user profile?

Each user must complete the registration form on GENIOMA | LIVE. The email address entered during registration will be used as the username for login.

2. How are Teams managed?

A Team can be created by Genioma only. Each Team receives:

  • N.1 Master-Key (format: XXX-XXX-XXX)
  • Various Key-Codes for users (format: XXX-XXX-XXX)
3. How do I become the administrator of a Team?

The Team Manager (usually appointed in the Series entry form) receives the Master-Key from Genioma. By registering with the Master-Key, the user automatically becomes the administrator of its own Team.

4. What can a team admin do?

The team admin can:

  • Manage the key-codes related to the team
  • Send key-codes via email to team members, allowing them to register and get linked to the team
  • Remove users from team
  • Add or update team details as company name, address, etc.
5. Who is responsible for the assignment of key-codes?

Once the Team Manager registered its own profile and became the team administrator, he is fully responsible for the assignment and communication of the key-codes related to the Team. Genioma does not manage key-codes on behalf of the Teams.

6. How can a team member register?

Each team member must create a personal profile. During registration, they can insert the received key-code. Alternatively, the key-code can be added later through the profile page.

7. Can a key-code be used by more than one user?

No. Each key-code is unique and can be associated with only one user at a time.

8. Can I change or delete my key-code?

Yes. Through your personal profile you can:

  • Change your key-code if you receive a different one
  • Delete your key-code and become an independent user not linked to any team
9. Which data can I see once I'm logged in?

Each user can only view data related to the cars registered under the team associated with their key-code.

10. Are the transmitted data always accurate?

The transmitted data may contain inaccuracies or delays since they are currently managed with secondary priority compared to the data required by the race control. Teams are strongly advised to verify all information directly with the Driver before taking important decisions based on these data.

11. How does Genioma ensure the security of data?

Genioma places great importance on the confidentiality and protection of data coming from the cars. For this reason, multiple levels of security have been implemented to prevent unauthorized access. This approach may sometimes result in a slightly less fluid browsing experience, as continuous checks are performed to ensure that each logged-in user maintains the correct privileges to view data.
